The staff is really good and understanding. the accommodation is wonderful. - the bed in the standard room is exceptionally comfortable. - the standard room includes a coffeemaker, a hair dryer, and a kettle. - the breakfast meals are exceptional. - the views are awesome. - the service is exceptional, and there is parking onsite.

Wonderful small place, it has great and brilliant location just off Scarborough's North bay, many pubs and restaurants, and Also within walking distance of town centre that has a variety of shops.

This small family-run place is quite clean with a freshly decorated, functional unit and a super comfortable bed, and the staff is truly exceptional.

My friend and I arrived at the leeway and immediately we were offered a cup of tea or coffee and told that we could have been picked up at the station, which is very helpful. The rooms we had were lovely, clean and comfortable, I was sad to leave that bed! We had a great breakfast the next morning and we were taken to the railway station later on. You are made to feel like friends rather than guests and that goes a long way these days, the prices are excellent and the view of north bay and scarborough castle are breathtaking.

The Leway is an lovely place to stay on the north side of Scarbrough, it looks out over the sea and our room had a sea view. Alan and Jude are great hosts and nothing is a trouble to them. The breakfasts are great with a wide selection of food available and with parking available on site or on the road opposite the Leeway has everything you need for a visit to beautiful Scarbrough

This place has a great location on a hill to the right, right by the seaside, and close to North Bay and the castle.
